How to proof read your text
Proofreading is the last thing you do before handing in your essay. A few minutes of careful checking can make your essay clearer, more correct and more convincing.

  1. Re-read the task
  2. Check the structure
  3. Read slowly - one sentence at a time
  4. Check grammar and language
  5. Look for your typical mistakes
  6. Read your text aloud (quietly)
