Check these categories:

Language

• Is the text too formal?
• Are there no contractions? (do not → don't)
• Does the writer talk to the reader (you/we)?

Grammar

• verb forms (he/she/it → -s)
• word order
• correct expressions (e.g. influence on, not to)

Structure & Style

• Is it engaging?
• Does it include:
  • a hook?
  • personal tone?
  • examples?

Here are some useful fixes:
Make it more informal

• do not → don't
• it is → it's
• many teenagers → a lot of teens

Talk to the reader

• Replace: It is important with You should think about...

Add blog features

• rhetorical question
• personal example
• stronger conclusion
